Mrs. Joyce J. Diggs attended Hampton Institute (now Hampton University) and pledged Delta in 1963. Mrs. Diggs became involved with the Suffolk Alumnae Chapter (SAC) in 1988. She has chaired & co-chaired several committees with SAC – Scholarship, Protocol, Arts & Letters, and was Parliamentarian. She is a proud Delta Dear and has loved being a part of this illustrious Sorority for 57 years! We honor our Delta Dear, Joyce Diggs.
